FROM PROPERTY CARE TO DEVELOPMENT PARTNER.
Waymaker started over a decade ago doing maintenance, renovations, and cleaning for property owners across Sint Maarten. The work spoke for itself, the client list grew, and so did the scope.
Today we’re a multidisciplinary construction and property services company. We lead trades like tiling, drywall, and concrete finishing, support commercial build outs, and partner with developers on larger projects, alongside the day to day work that built us.
